Our relationship with Lang Employee Assistance Programs, LLC is different than most. We do not refer our employees for assessments. We subcontract with Pat to provide Drug-Free Safety Program Trainings for our clients. Pat does a great job for our clients. She is a good presenter. She is versatile in that she can present in a boardroom or in a steel factory, next to a press. She makes trainings fun for the participants and also has no trouble handling outspoken employees who are opposed to drug testing programs.
